Rebecca A. Reed

Objectives

In my legal practice, I represent clients in business and real estate transactions, including real property and business sales, acquisitions, development, leasing and ground-leasing, and in general business and trademark matters. I also represent clients in civil appeals, write appellate and other legal briefs, and help colleagues and clients with editing and polishing their written work. My scientific background and research training allow me to help clients think through and work through complex issues and problems with a comprehensive, detailed perspective and approach.

As a member of Argus IRB, I hope to contribute to my scientific and legal experience toward promoting high-quality research in human populations and protecting the safety and interests of human subjects in research.
